To get started at Team Stomp Fitness, all you need to do is sign up for our two-week on-ramp here and show up about 10min before the class time of your choice,
What to Expect
Fitness classes typically last one hour and consist of a warm-up, skill or strength, the Workout Of The Day (WOD), and a cool down. During the class, a coach will guide you through the movements and exercises, providing instruction and feedback. The class will also be informative and fun, providing a great opportunity to meet other members and coaches. With each class, you can expect to be challenged, motivated, and supported to reach your fitness goals.
What to Bring
When preparing for a Fitness Class at TSF, it is important to bring a few essential items. First and foremost, you should bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. You should also wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you can move in easily. Finally, don't forget to bring a positive attitude and an open mind. Our classes are ultimately about challenging yourself and pushing your body to its limits, so be prepared to work hard and have fun!
